We are an authentic wood-fired smokehouse honoring the Carolina craft of LOW & SLOW barbecue meaning we’re as far from fast food as you can get. No electric smokers here! 

All of our meats are slow smoked for hours over a special selection of native hardwoods: red & white oak and hickory then hand pulled and selected to provide you with just the right mix of tender juiciness surrounded by seasoned bark crispness so every bite is savory. 

Our sauces & sides are scratch-made here.
