CATERING

Thank you for considering us for your catering needs, while the restaurant is only open seasonally our catering services are available all year long! 

We offer the following:

• Hot or Cold bulk pick-up orders

• Catering delivery

• Catering delivery and set-up 

• Catering delivery, setup, and service

For any Hot or Cold bulk pick-up orders please call the Hubba Hubba Smokehouse phone (828) 694-3551 or email hubbahubbaoffice@gmail.com with a minimum of a 24 hours notice prior to the requested pick-up date and time. You will receive a confirmation email or phone call when your order is received. Please note at times we are too busy to answer the phone during service hours, and depending on the size of the bulk order needed a 5 day notice is recommended.

For all catering services such as: Catering delivery, Catering delivery and set-up, or Catering delivery with full setup and service please contact our excellent catering team Jeff and Jody Rutter at flatrockhospitalitygroup@gmail.com Please contact us as early as possible for the best chance at an opportunity for us to work together!

Please note if you send an inquiry for any type of catering service beyond a bulk order to be pick-up to the hubbahubbaoffice@gmail.com email account it will be forwarded to Jeff and Jody Rutter at flatrockhospitalitygroup@gmail.com to coordinate as they manage the catering department. 

All bulk order pick-ups over $200 and all caterings will have a required 20% gratuity applied- this is split evenly amongst all staff members who work to prepare the food and drinks to fulfill the order.
